TCX Series FWV fully welded ball valves are especially designed for gas transportation and storage industries. The fully welded body design can prevent any potential external leakage from connection of body and bonnet. In addition, the forged body with the advantages of consistent grain size and even thickness. Thus it inherently eliminates the conventional casted valve material defects, such as: shrinkage, porosity. TCX Series TEV Top Entry trunnion mounted ball valves are designed in accordance with API6D featuring 1 pc top entry design. Wide range of sealing material including PTFE, Peek, Devlon, Nylon etc, TEV ball valve can be used in working temperature range -46℃~ 200℃. This series TEV of ball valves are optional designed with Double block and bleed or double piston type. All TEV ball valves are equipped with sealant injection system for both stem and seats to allow external intervention to prevent seat or stem leakage. The TEV top entry ball valve can be used for in-line maintenance services. The TCX Series DBB “Double Block and Bleed Isolation Philosophy” requires two in-line isolation valves and a bleed valve, used to drain or vent trapped fluid between the two closure elements in order to safely isolate safely the downstream pipe. This feature can be achieved with one single valves c/w a bleed port between the obturators.
