TEV Top Entry Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve
TCX Series TEV Top Entry trunnion mounted ball valves are designed in accordance with API6D featuring 1 pc top entry design. Wide range of sealing material including PTFE, Peek, Devlon, Nylon etc, TEV ball valve can be used in working temperature range -46℃~ 200℃. This series TEV of ball valves are optional designed with Double block and bleed or double piston type. All TEV ball valves are equipped with sealant injection system for both stem and seats to allow external intervention to prevent seat or stem leakage. The TEV top entry ball valve can be used for in-line maintenance services. TCX full range of trunnion mounted ball valves is fire safe test certified by ECM’s Register per API607.

DBB Double Block & Bleed Ball Valve
The TCX Series DBB “Double Block and Bleed Isolation Philosophy” requires two in-line isolation valves and a bleed valve, used to drain or vent trapped fluid between the two closure elements in order to safely isolate safely the downstream pipe. This feature can be achieved with one single valves c/w a bleed port between the obturators. The Double Block & Bleed ball valve main applications Offshore Oil and Gas Production, Gas and Oil Terminals, LNG gas carrier and so on.

MMV Metal Seat Trunnion Side Entry Ball Valve
Compared with soft seal ball valves, TCX Series MMV metal-to-metal ball valves have wider working temperature and medium range. During working condition, it has the features of reliable and safe sealing performance, long service life, easy operation and less pressure loss. It’s mainly used in service of high temperature, high pressure, severe corrosion and solid material containing services, such as coal chemical, polysilicon and vitriol/ nitric acid industry. TCX full range of trunnion mounted ball valves is fire safe test certified by ECM’s Register per API607.

FV2 Floating Side Entry Ball Valve
The TCX Series FV2 forged steel floating ball valves are designed in accordance with ISO17292 featuring 2 pc split body or 3 pc split body, ideal for medium or high pressure services and wide temperature range (-196℃~ 500℃) . It can substitute the small size trunnion mounted ball valves to save cost. BLTV full range of FV2 forged steel floating ball valves is fire safe test certified by ECM’s Register per API607.

Cast Steel Floating Ball Valve
TCX floating ball valve is designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO17292, BS5351, ASME B16.34 and other standards. It can meet the specification requirements of API 6FA, API 607, NACE MR 01-75 or MR 01-03. Applicable temperature range: soft seal: -46℃~200℃ Hard seal: ~425℃.

Floating Ball Valve has compact structure, and sealing performance is stable. Due to the reliable seating and low friction coefficient, the valve can be opened and closed quickly with 90 degree twisting stroke, which can be operated directly by the handle for small size. Compared with gate valve and globe valve of the same size, the ball valve is smaller, light in weight and convenient for pipeline installation.
